Hi traders,
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for September 2026 is scheduled to be released today, Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM ET.
Key points
Headline is expected to reaccelerate mainly due to higher gasoline and energy prices.
Core is expected to moderate slightly month-over-month.
Consensus is fairly tight around these numbers (Dow Jones, Bloomberg, Reuters surveys, etc.).
A hotter-than-expected core print (especially 0.3%+) would be the bigger market mover.
TMAD APP
We want to show you what we’ve added to the TMAD app. We’ve been working relentlessly and will continue adding more important details and data soon.
For now, we’ve added indices, such as SPX, DJI, NDX, COMP, RUT, etc. Please check under Watchlist → Indices. Each index includes important levels and some option positioning. We’ll be adding more data as it becomes available.
We’ve also added more time frames to our charts: 1D, 1W, 1M, 3M, 9M, and YTD. Please check them out.
We’re currently working on adding a more precise Top 5 score, instead of Top 10 score. We’re aiming for long and short scores so you can pick trades in seconds. We’re also looking into adding potential exact strike and volume options flow.
Now, let’s check SPX levels and get an update on trades.
